How can I pay?

We accept the following payments methods: PayPal, Credit and Debit Cards.

You can view prices in the following currencies: £ British Pounds, Euros or $ US Dollars, $AUS Dollars and $ CAN Dollars. However, please be aware that all payments and refunds are processed in the currency you paid in.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Select your item of choice and your appropriate size.
  2. Click ‘add to cart’. You are free to add as many items as you wish to the cart before proceeding to payment.
  3. To proceed to payment, click the shopping cart on the top right of the screen and proceed to checkout if paying by credit or with debit card or click PayPal.
  4. Enter the required information to complete your purchase.
Why was I unable to place an order for an out-of-stock item?

Our trendy and popular items sell fast and quickly, thereby we will try our very best to keep our stock levels up to date. However, our website may not always update fast enough while you are placing your order.

We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If you have ordered more than one item, the rest of your order will be dispatched.

I Have Received a Faulty or Incorrect Item

If you noticed you have received a faulty or incorrect item, do make sure to contact our Customer Care team at support@popboutiques.co.uk before returning any purchased items with seven days of receiving your order, we will then advice you on how to proceed further.

Please do not use any faulty or an incorrect item after finding the fault as we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.

If you fail to contact us before returning a faulty item/s, your return may be rejected subject to our product inspection.

Can I have a discount?

We currently offer free Next Day delivery on orders over £60 (UK). We often offer sales and seasonal discounts, please sign up to our newsletter and follow us on social media to receive correspondence about our latest updates.

Has my order gone through?

If your order has gone through successfully, you will receive a confirmation email to the one you used when placing your order. If you didn’t receive an email from us, please check your junk or trash folder. On the other hand, you may have entered an incorrect email address.

Unfortunately, we can’t update the email address once you have placed your order.

Can I Cancel My Order?

We are not able to edit the order once it has been placed, as our warehouse team work tirelessly to ensure your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

You can, as much as you like amend your order as much as you like before proceeding to checkout.

If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not been processed already by our warehouse team. So please contact us if you changed your mind.

When will my pre-order item/s be shipped?

Once the product/s you have purchased on pre-order arrives at stock, we aim to send this out the next working day, depending on your chosen method of delivery at the time of ordering.

What happens should I order a pre-order item and one that is in stock?

We can’t split orders, so therefore, the whole order will be put on hold until we receive the pre-order item/s. If you don’t want that to happen and would like to receive your in-stock item/s first, please do make sure you order separately.
